The rings in this collection are built around the simple logic of archetypal ring forms: the solitaire; the toi et moi, which I refer to as duet; and the trinity ring, which I call the triad. These timeless archetypes – one, two, or three stones set in balance – are reimagined to honor tradition while challenging what we consider perfect or beautiful. The distinctive prong settings formed from paired round wire have an almost sculptural, unfinished quality that intentionally subverts conventional perfection while holding onto timeless proportions and leaving the marks of making in plain sight.
