1) Payment

1.1 For all web orders the full amount is to be paid after placing the order and receiving the invoice. The goods remain property of Stefanie Verhoef until the payment is settled.

2) Delivery

2.1 Pieces in stock will be ready for delivery up to 3 days from the date of order. 

Custom and made to order pieces will be ready for delivery up to 4 - 6 weeks from the date of order. You will be contacted with information regarding a shipping date for your specific piece. If your order is time sensitive please email me directly for rush processing.

3) Postage

3.1 Packages are always sent insured and registered. Postage is charged as follow:

- Netherlands delivery €8,50

- Belgium delivery €12,00

- UK delivery €20,50

- For other EU countries, shipping costs will be calculated at check out.
- Rest of the world, shipping costs will be calculated at check out.

Please note that delivery charges do not include import tax for overseas orders. Please check your local charges before placing your order.

4) Exchanges and refunds

4.1 Exchanges or refunds must be requested within 15 days from the purchase. If 15 days have gone by, neither exchanges or refunds can be offered. If seeking to get an exchange or refund e-mail info@stefanieverhoef.com before returning your item.
4.2 Postage charges when returning an item for exchange or refund must be covered by the costumer. A mail tracking service must be used when sending back the items.

4.3 Pieces to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in their original packaging, together with their receipt. Exchanges or refunds cannot be completed if the pieces are not in its original condition, are damaged or parts are missing.
4.4 Refunds can only be offered if the pieces are defective due to faulty craftmanship.

4.5 Items bought on discount (i.e. items on sale or items bought with discount codes) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

5) Website

5.1 The pieces displayed on www.stefanieverhoef.com may be removed without prior notice. Prices and descriptions may be amended at any point without notice being given.
5.2 The colours of our pieces are displayed as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed the accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed.

6) Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property associated with Stefanie Verhoef's work – including design, imagery and text - remain the property of Stefanie Verhoef and cannot be reproduced without prior written consent.
